SAMSUNG BUY & GET

I bought a samsung washing machine in November 2019 and was told by the sales rep at samsung pavillion store that i would recieve R4000 buy & get promotion.

I sent the sms with as per instructions to enter the promotion all before the closing dates. I further submitted photo to buy & get promotion via email. I have phoned numerous times to obtain my R4000 as advertised and the people on the other side of the line have been absolutely useless! this is after waiting on the line for up to 10 minutes to get through to someone.

For me this is a marketing **** and SAMSUNG have not honored their adverti*****t. Would not recommend anyone buys a product with this promotion in mind.
