samsung buy & get????

<p>I bought a Samsung fridge in Nov 2015 & was offered two nights b & b at any Protea hotel during 2016. This was not a competition but a giveaway. To qualify you had to send info regarding the s/n of the appliance which I did & was given a ref no telephonically. The no is ***. Now that I want to claim my gift, I am told the ref is incorrect as their nos begin with 214.........this has been going on for weeks with lots of e mails backwards & forwards to Samsung Buy & Get. I don't know if this is an independent co but I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem?</p> <p> </p>
