SAMSUNG BUY ANG GET ****

The Buy and get that was suppose to be a treat has been a nightmare, if i knew this , i whould NEVER OF BOUGHT SAMSUNG.... This , i sent in winning codes the 08/12/2015 , and have phoned several times , nobody get s back to me , now i have had no one phone me to confirm the booking s for the flight from the 08/12/2015, when i submitted the information, the staff at the call centre are clearly not trained to handle this type of promotion, and would like to find out from SAMSUNG how they feel about this matter and does this promo get their mark of approval for great service , as this service has been a NIGHTMARE , to date i dont know if i have a booking or not , and if this was a **** from SAMSUNG to get clients to buy their product...
