Samsung Buy and Get Worthless

I purchased a samsung washer from Dion Wired, with the promise of a R4000 reward voucher from Mr D Food, within 10 working days. This was 01 December. I would not have purchased the item without the promise of the voucher. After 6 weeks, over R600 worth of phone calls, I have still not received my voucher, and I am leaving the area, so cannot use the voucher even if it does arrive in the next 2 weeks, which they told me is not possible. Store refuses to return and refund item. Samsung have confirmed the voucher cannot be issued timeously. I want my item collected, refunded.
