Samsung Buy and Get Vouchers "misguided ********** event"

Purchased samsung appliances to the value of R50k redeemed x3 individual vouchers to the value of R12k unable to use them (they didn't expire yet) the call center memtion its still active on their side Here is the most interesting part Samsung decides to stop the voucher from been used to purchase aircons online in the middle of their "promotion" without informing any customers The vouchers state that home appliances can only be purchased on their website airconditioners fall under home appliances (this had to be mentioned by myself to samsung promotion managers Graham and Princess) The terms and conditions does mention Home appliances and it does not mention that aircons are excluded Both the mangers acknowledge this and agree with what I have mentioned is true, but They can not help me in anyway and I have to use the vouchers to buy gifts (sorry I'm not Christmas father) Samsung Promotion is a complete misguided, ********** "event" that they run and the promotion call center will not assist you, i was advised by The promotion manager Princess to return the items from the store I bought it from

I advise you not to purchase or fall victim to any of these Buy and get promotions
