SAMSUNG BUY AND GET VOUCHER
Samsung Buy and Get Voucher I bought a Washing Machine and I got an sms saying I qualify for Blue Tier reward. When I phoned in and I spoke to a consultant on more than one occasion who informed that I have a year within to redeem it and a year thereafter to make my booking. When I finally decided to redeem my voucher in Dec last year then I was made aware that I only have up to 31st of March 2024 to make my booking. I spoke to a Manager at Samsung Buy and Get and she told me I agreed to those terms and they cannot be changed. I am beyond upset cause I was not given the correct information by this consultant and NOW I have to forfeit my voucher as I cant get a booking as it was done timeously.
