SAMSUNG BUY AND GET - ****

Last year I bought a dishwasher and I only chose samsung because of the competition they were running - buy and get. You buy something and get a prize. I had to register on their website and upload my till slip which I did. They came back to me saying there was a problem and I needed to resubmit which I did, another 3 times and emailed them. All my emails bounced back because their mail box was full. The deadline has come and gone to submit till slips so basically I can no longer claim the prize. I feel as though I was coaxed into buying a samsung product which I would not have normally bought. I have tried calling the contact number for the competition and no one answers. At this point I have to believe the whole competition was a ****. I have proof of all the emails I sent - date and time tamped.
