Samsung Buy and Get ****

On 25 November 2015, I was convinced by the Samsung salesman at the the retailer to purchase only Samsung items for my house. I bought a television, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.<br> I was told that i would get the samsung buy and get offer for each item. I registered before the December 2015 cut off date, received my sms's and completed all the online forms. I received the sms's stating that i will get my voucher in 7days.I got a voucher on 9 Jan 2016 for 1 item. I should be getting 3 vouchers. A samsung buy and get employee has been emailed and asked for assistance, he advised that he needed a better copy of the till slip. This has been sent to him. Since then i have been begging him by email to give me updates or details of someone to assist me. He doesnt even respond to my email.<br> <br> It seems like the samsung buy and get promotion was just to get people to buy their items wit all these promises and then hope they would go away as there isnt any real \get\" in the promotion.<br> <br> This upsets me as i wanted to buy a different and much cheaper brand of items, but was convinced and sold by the itea of the promotion to buy samsung.<br> <br> Its not acceptable. Becareful samsung ****s!"
