SAMSUNG Buy and Get *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>We bought a dishwasher last year from Samsung with the Buy and Get promotion. It took me months to get a Pin number. You cannot get hold of any manager but at last I got a pin number. Now we are trying to book our weekend at Protea Hotel and are told they are ""full" (when I looked on the private website myself there was available space). You cannot get to anyone senior to help you or to Head Office to report this pathetic service! I have now again given 5 alternative dates to try and book and was told a consultant will call me back. YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had it. Samsung come and collect your dishwasher and keep your **** weekend. This was FALSE advertising!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do not sort this out I will hand this over to the consumer protection services! Why should the customer be phoning 50 times and BEG to claim there the prize. This is such bad service!</p>
