Samsung buy and get promotion ****

I am really unhappy about the service I got and still getting from Samsung (buy and get),i bought a washing machine late 2017 and qualified for the free voucher, which I had to complete all forms and that was done on time, and I had chose the Uber voucher worth R4000. I called day and night and was asked to send an email on which I sent a million times with no response.The voucher till today is not working and no one tells me anything about this.Im also starting to think its a **** If anyone could help me please call me on **********
