Samsung buy and get promotion most pathetic ****
Highly disappointed with samsung the promotion they had with buy and get that awarded customers wot either flights or accommodation doesn't really work. When I called their concierge service they say it has expired when the website clearly states it only expires 31-08-18 and now conveniently they tell me book for 4 weeks in advance when I've been trying to book for months and it keeps telling me that I do not qualify for the promotion or I should select different dates.
