Samsung Buy and Get Promotion is a Gimmick
Hi there. This is my second review about the same matter. To Date I have not received a valid voucher code for the Samsung buy and and get promotion. In November 2021 my washing machine will be a year old, I paid R9999 for a 9kg add wash washing machine from Makro. The promotion was that I receive a voucher for R3000 to buy something from Samsung. They have given me a couple of voucher no.s But none worked. They say its because I was purchasing a tablet on the website that is no longer available. But even when I try for a microwave, it's still invalid. Samsung SA please tell me must I just write the R3000 voucher off? I phone in, leave messages, no one calls me back, or takes me seriously. Is my R3000 voucher, monopoly money?
