Samsung buy and get promotion is a complete ****.
Samsung buy and get promotion is a complete ****. They do not honour their promotions.
I bought two phones in October 2021 under the Samsung buy and get promotion. I claimed via whatsapp as directed by the sales consultant but I was told "The promotion has reached capacity" . Why not tell me when I was buying that I will not benefit from the promotion? It is not like the promotion had expired. Samsung makes the process so cumbersome with the hope clients will give up. It is a complete **** as they do not honour their promotions.
