Samsung Buy and Get Promotion false advertising!

I bought a Samsung fridge on the Buy and Get promotion in November 2017. Since then it has been the most frustrating process to access my Protea hotel holiday voucher! Eventually I was given a pin code just before the cut off date at the end of December 2017, and was told I could redeem it during 2018. Now when I try to redeem it, I am told that the pin code is invalid! I have tried to call the number on the Protea/Samsung website as well as the original call centre number - neither of these numbers appear to be functional - don't even ring.

We were so looking forward to a break for my husband's birthday.

This is false advertising in order to encourage people to buy what is actually a very good product!!

Samsung you are doing yourself a disservice through this poorly run promotion.
