Samsung Buy and Get Promotion
Upon buying the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 in October 2020, my service provider advertised that, upon buying the aforementioned device, I would receive a free 32" HD Samsung TV. I redeemed the voucher Samsung online store sent me in October 2020, but until this date, I have still not received the TV. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times only to be told someone would call me back with feedback, but no one ever calls me back. I am fed up and hoping this review will get some form of reaction from them. Truly pathetic service!
