Samsung Buy and Get promotion

I bought a washing machine in November 2019 from Makro Centurion, registered my product before Dec 31. I received an sms to wait for 7 days, i have since been waiting. When you try to call them, you wait forever and no one responds. I will take the machine back to where i bought it and demand my money back. The reason i bought, is because i thought i was getting something back as well. So if this is a ****, i want my money back. Samsung must stop this.
