Buy&Get promotion is a *******, just to get customers to buy samsung product. Information given when entering the promotion differs from consultant to consultant.

22 Mar 2022, 08:04I did but it didnt work in my favour. I requested to speak the manager and i was told will call me after 15 minutes which never happened. Its now a week. Samsung must just stop hiding these call centres and call me to hear my side of the story, so far you havent gone to great length to hear my side other than telling me to contact the contact centre that proved useless to me.
