Samsung Buy and Get Promotion

I would like to apologise for my earlier review today on the Samsung Buy and Get Promotion. I discovered that I had used the incorrect pin code. Using the correct pin code, I have now been able to book our weekend away. However, I hope that if Samsung runs such a promotion in future, it makes the process less complicated to follow, such as having one reference number/pin for all stages of the process.
