Samsung Buy and Get Promotion

I purchased a Samsung fridge from Makro last year. There was a special running on the fridge where if you purchased a specific Samsung appliance I could choose a reward ranging form Uber vouchers, flights or accommodation. I followed the process in redeeming the specific reward however this was done at the beginning of Dec 2017. To date I have only received an email asking for another copy of my tax invoice which I proceeded to submit same. IT IS NOW THE BEGINNING OF FEB, AND STILL NO REPONSE. I'm starting to think this was just a ****!!
