Samsung Buy and get Promotion

I hate doing bad reviews but with no service delivery i think people should be made aware.<br> <br> Bought a washing machine in Dec 2015 with the so called Buy and get promotion that does not exist.<br> <br> We entered before the deadline 31 December 2015 and completed the online application.<br> <br> I was told to wait 7 days.<br> <br> I the received an sms stating i need to complete the online survey.<br> <br> Contacting the call centre *** simply keeps you on hold for 30 minutes and the call gets cut.<br> <br> Emails [Email Removed] simply do not respond. its more a buy and get nothing! Be aware.<br> <br> So another So called **** from Samsung. with no delivery.
