Samsung - Buy and Get Programme
In December 2019 I bought a washing machine from Drommedaris in Plettenberg Bay. They introduced me to the Buy and Get rewards which I did immediately. Both on my cell phone (got no reply) and by phoning them on the number supp****. Since then I have had emails asking for invoices, till slip, ID and whatever else. They refuse to honour the commitment of Buy and Get! When I talk to people online they fob me off with wait 10 days and various excuses. Obviously a case of promising rewards but not honouring the contract. I find the whole thing totally frustrating and a waste of time!!!
