Samsung buy and get ? No response from call centre

I bought two qualifying Samsung producst over December 2015. I submitted the details for the claiming of the prize.<br> <br> I called the call center only to be asked to take photos of the serial numbers and email them. I have done that numerous times only to be told they are verifying the information ? This is the email i received on 9th February ????<br> Thank you for your prompt response<br> <br> Kindly be advised I have sent the received image along with your online submission to our verification department to complete verification. Once verification has been completed successfully you will receive a winning pin code via sms.<br> <br> Still waiting ???
