SAMSUNG "BUY AND GET" MAKE UP THEIR OWN TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT ACCORDING TO SA LAW!!!

I bought 2 devices from MTN on an upgrade 6 November 2020. I then proceed to claim their "Buy & Get" promotion. Only to be told i don't qualify cause their terms and conditions state that Business don't qualify. According to their terms and conditions: "Who may enter: 3.1 All participants must: 3.1.1 be citizens of the Republic of South Africa and/or a legal residents of the aforesaid country; 3.1.2 must be currently residing in the Republic of South Africa at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period; 3.1.3 must be a natural person and be at least 18 (eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period; and" So according to Samsung I am not a Natural person. As per South African Law, below applies: A WHO OR WHAT IS A LEGAL SUBJECT?
