BUY AND GET REWARDS PROGRAM IS A *****. WHATCH OUT. They promise you a reward that you can use elsewhere as a sort of discount to buy their products.

Then trying to redeem the vouchers make it so difficult to do. 1) sending you duplicate vouchers that gets rejected in store so you look like you trying to claim more than once. 2) then when you phone them they tell you, you duplicated the voucher though it was 30 days apart. 3) then tell you you forfeited that month cause you did not claim it. 4) They are *****ing your money. 5) Samsung would have given them the rebate so if the dont pay it out they pocket the cash.

I have lost R3000.00 so far.

I bought 2 appliances through this program and lost money.
