Samsung Buy and Get Hoax

I purchased a Samsung dishwasher in Movember 2015 which entitled me to a R4000 holiday voucher. I followed the instructions on the brochure emailing the proof of purchase and the serial number which were the essential requirements. I have waited for a period of time then contacted the concierge department 3 times each of the 3 times I had to resend the documents which I have proof of all the emails sent. On the 4th occasion I spoke to Nazlee who stated there was no record of the documents and requested I resend the documents. I emailed the documents while we were communicating on the phone to ensure that this time there will be no further complaints of not having record. She assured me that I will receive an sms in 3 days which I still await 2 weeks later. I called the call centre and expressed my disappointment and insisted to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager was in a meeting and he would call me back as soon as he steps out. I haven't received a call from the manager to date. The employees of Samsung are destroying the name of a good brand. Nash Singh
