Samsung Buy and Get - Hoax

<p>I have jumped through every hoop trying to qualify for this supposed promotion. I doubt that this is a real promotion and is nothing more than a false promise made by Samsung. I bought a new fridge in Dec, completed all the required documentation to register. Communication received on the 20 Dec to say Congratulations you’re a step closer to your Buy and Get reward registration. I accessed the link and completed the full registration process. Just to subsequently be told that my submission is incomplete as details submitted is not clear. Sms received on the 10th Jan. I find that hard to believe as one can clearly see all details as per the attached submitted. I again received 3 Sms messages on the 24 Jan to say Congratulations, you qualify for a return flight voucher or a Protea Hotel Bonus Break package. Please call ********** 731. I have now tried numerous time to call the number with zero luck. Today I did manage to stay on hold for 12 min before a person simply put me back on hold with a message that registrations are now closed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to understand how this is a real promotion given the evidence above. </p> <p> </p>
