SAMSUNG - BUY AND GET --GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER FOR THE R4000 VOUCHER

Hi, towards the end of December, I purchased a Samsung washing machine from Makro in Alberton. It came with the R4,000.00 voucher of which I picked the weekend away for 2 people. I sent the Serial No etc - everything that was requested by PROOFS AND BUY AND GET - email address *** - tel co. ***. They now want a photo of the serial number that is actually stamped on the machine before I will be considered for my voucher. The machine is plumbed in and extremely heavy to move. I sent them a picture of the serial number that was on the packaging of the washing machine - surely this is good enough. Come on SAMSUNG dont false advertise promises of vouchers if you cant fulfill it. NOT IMPRESSED
