Samsung buy and get flight rewards

Was really excited on the Samsung buy and get promotion at the beginning of the year upon purchase of my new washing machine in January. I chose the Flight option reward R4000 voucher which is valid for booking within 12 months for travel up to June 2021. Requirement is to book 4 weeks in advance with partners Kulula who are scheduled to start operating 1Dec.As we know, lockdown started end March and we now the eight month in. I have been unable to thus utilize the voucher for the bulk of period and despite many mails and calls to Samsung to please assist in getting the voucher extended, I was told they are unable to do so. Very poor in trying to assist customers during this pandemic. Rules are made as a process to assist people and when circumstances change , rules should also change to assist customers.
