Samsung buy and get false advertising

My husband and I bought a Samsung washing machine and we were told Samsung is currently running a promotion to buy and get. I tried to claim the gift and it was one thing after another with no luck of getting the voucher. I submitted my details on line and the receipts, they came back to me and said they want an invoice. Sent them the invoice, and they came back to me and said the details on the invoice are not mine, but it is my husband details. Samsung should not promote false advertising and waste customers time with sending receipts, invoices and foing online applications knowing that this is a ****.
