Samsung buy and get fail!

<p>Samsung had /has this buy and get promotion. I have emailed them proof of purchase as well as the serial number of the item purchased which was required by them, it's now been 3 months and I still haven't heard anything about my reward. I've emailed them 3 times and called them twice, the only response I get is to resubmit which has been done 4 times now. Is this a **** to get people to purchase Samsung products... </p>
