SAMSUNG BUY AND GET DEBACLE

<p>The Samsung Buy and Get Promotion (together with the Protea Hotel Group) is a sham.</p> <p>No-one that I talked to could find any accommodation at any date at any hotel of their choice.</p> <p>After months of begging and fights, I received a confirmation of the bookings via email.</p> <p>The Buy and Get promotions had to deliver a voucher to me, which they never did.</p> <p>The Protea Hotel Umhlanga Ridge didn't accept the email confirmation and we had to pay our full accommodation for both days.</p> <p>Be warned that Samsung now has your ID number, Home Address, A Copy of your ID document and all your other personal details.</p> <p>You will receive numerous SPAM emails and sms messages after your dealings with Samsung, Protea Hotel and Buy and Get Promotions.</p> <p>Don't fall into a trap buying any products from Samsung on the Buy and Get deals.</p> <p>Take it from me. Worst service ever.</p>
