Samsung buy and get competition 2017

On the 20th of Dec 2017,I bought a new fridge from Makro Silver lakes,was then told about the buy and get promotions.Immediately when I got home, I entered online. I then received an email with a reference number, which stated that my entry was received and that I should get an SMS after 10 days.

The SMS was never sent and funny enough today the 22nd of Jan 2018,I get an email that says they have been trying to get a hold of me, (? ) because my images for the competition are not clear. I then immediately resent the images and they kept coming back. I then decided to call the number provided and was sent from pillar to post, and eventually was told that they won't be taking anymore pictures. (This to me immediately said this whole competition was a lie) because the email I got today said that I needed to resend the images before the 24th . I feel Samsung was just pushing for sales and knew that this whole reward thing was a lie. Neo Tsoliwe
