Samsung Buy and Get Cheated

<p>In 2016 Samsung launched yet another Buy and Get promotion that has once again disappointed.</p> <p>We bought a washing machine in December 2016- the promise of a weekend away or a flight ticket being a great incentive to buy from Samsung.</p> <p>We have jumped through all the hoops and we have sent all necessary documentation pertaining to proof of purchase etc. We have not received the "reward registration pin code" in order for us to "claim" the flight/weekend away that was promised.</p> <p>The phonelines are either engaged or you end up being on hold forever. When sending e-mails to the queries-email address, you get no response.</p> <p>The last day to claim is tomorrow and we have not managed to get any communication from Samsung or Buy and Get.</p> <p>We are very disappointed.</p>
