Samsung Buy and Get Bulldust

This review is related to my previous review posted on 6th Jan 2023. We have had consultants from Samsung call us but the issue has not been resolved. Monday 9th a consultant named Dumi called and said they are escalating the matter and the call was dropped and she said she could not hear me. I was at home and not at a place where signal could be so bad. She never called back. Tues 10th another consultant gave me a courtesy call saying she was closing off the matter and I explained that the issue was never resolved and I was kept been told that the matter is being escalated. To date no attempts have been made by Samsung to contact me and resolve the matter. The closing dates for registration for the Buy and get Samsung rewards deal were 9th Jan and 31 Jan 2023. As said before false advertising. The whatsapp registration was tried many times even live with the consultants. Why can't they just do it manually since they have all my documentation. Bosses of Samsung Rewards are you even trying to assist me your consumer in resolving this. This excuse of "escalating the matter" is a time wasting excuse.
