Samsung Buy and Get a Complete *******

I purchased two Samsung products in December. They advertised that I will GET a R4000 for each product. Sent emails and contacted them several times. Now they are telling me that I have forfeited the money. The products i bought are also not working. Totally ********** and i will never buy Samsung products again.
