Samsung Buy and Get :(

Again this with Samsung :( Finally managed to get all the way to redeeming the Samsung buy and get reward just for it to fail at the last step. It almost feels like there is an intentionally mislead on Samsung's part to ensure that redemptions are not made successfully.

It's sad really. I got a voucher and was told to call Kulula - no instructions came with this until I call Kulula and I'm told your voucher expired 2 days ago. Had I known the exact date of expiry I would have used my voucher before that but the SMS I received was so unclear.

And when I call that's when their call center starts explaining the process. I'm really so sad about this whole experience.
