Samsung Buy and Get
Samsung Buy and Get promotion, the service is atrocious, have registered received reference number and sms to contact them. When contacting the call centre a person is given the runaround and told we will contact you, I wonder when, in all probability a delay tactic hoping that I will just let it pass. Samsung please don't run promotions if you are not competent to deliver. An international company cannot even call its customers to validate promotions.
