samsung buy and get

I bought a new samsung dishwasher from makro vaal on 2015/11/08 and send in my registrasion for the samsung buy and get promotion. On 2015/11/17 i received an e-mail from deunaine van niekerk to inform me that i should resend the photo of my serial nr and till slip which i did the same day. Since the i have had no reply from buy and get. I tried to phone them twice but hung up the phone after holding on for more than 10 min. I think it is really bad service that no one has came back to me after more than 2 months.
