Samsung Buy and Get

This started as a complaint and was turned into a compliment for Duran (The rep that services Hirsches Ballito) After buying a fridge in December and receiving the Buy and Get promotion documentation. I completed all the SMS pin, online registration, hotel booking sheet etc. and that's where the service ended. 3 weeks after all was completed I was given the runaround by the Samsung Buy and Get call center. First they could not find my docs then they said they were waiting for Protea hotel to confirm. That went on for another week. I called Desmond from Hirsches Ballito who in turn gave me Duran's number . Duran was of sick but still took my call and promised somebody would call me within 24 hours. I received a call the next day and my hotel booking was confirmed and the voucher was couriered to me 2 days later. WELL DONE to Duran for going the extra mile.
