Samsung Buy and (Dont) Get Promotion

<p>Bought a washing machine in Dec 2015 at Makro with the Buy and get promotion. We entered before the deadline 31 December 2015 and completed the online application. I the received an sms stating i need to complete the online survey.</p> <p>Contacting the call centre *** simply keeps you on hold for 30 minutes and the call gets cut.</p> <p>Emails are never responded to. Yet another **** from Samsung. with no delivery.</p>
