Samsung buds ****

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 in February of this year that included the galaxy earbuds in the promotion. It is now 7 months since my purchase without me receiving the promotional item as advertised. Samsung is now advertising their new Z fold device with the same promotional gifts . I have been in contact with Samsung regarding this issue but they are clearly incapable to resolve this issue.
