samsung buds not getting delivered
bought s22 ultra in March and it was supposed to come with the buds. from march until now i havent received the galaxy buds. i tried calling but no assistance, the promotion team doesnt even their phones.. terrible service

19 Apr 2022, 14:03i have already sent an email to, samsung @ isonxperiences .com last week and nobody responded
i been calling your ***/15 and nobody has picked the call. the call will go over 40mins and still nobody responds, even your Customer services team said the calls take long to answer, so am i waste all my airtime calling when there is response. it doesnt work like that.
according to your promotion you said 7 to 14days of which it has passed and the buds are not delivered
