Samsung buds live promo is a ****?
Bought the S22 Plus Promotion with the Galaxy Buds Live
Its been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received my Buds. Tried calling them but they dont answer.
They shouldn't lie and con us to buy these phones if they not going to give us what was promised.
Disappointed in the terrible service I received. Samsung needs to sort this out.

I called soo many time and they say they are checking on the matter and getting back to me not a single person got back so I feel like i was ****med into buying the new s22 plus.
The amount of time i have been wasting trying to get a hold of someone that can help is unbelievable. I really hope samsung sees this post and actually get back to me!
