Samsung broken. Yet again.

Please refer to my previous complaint http://hellopeter.com/samsung-south-africa/complaints/repairs-taking-forever-***

After 4 WEEKS they couldn't find where the fault in the phone was they replaced the entire unit.

This being said I was without a phone for 4 weeks, nearly 5 just to receive a brand new one. I mean does it take 5 weeks to open a box and give me a new phone?

Now this \new"Samsung Active just switches off whenever it wants. I'm talking about 4 - 10 times a day. I miss ALOT of calls and important messages because when i look at my phone it is off AGAIN and believe me I didn't switch it off. I have been busy working on it and then suddenly it just goes off. Battery at 70%.

I regret getting a Samsung so much -- I honestly wish i never did.

I will probably be advised to take it back to the closest Samsung shop (20km away) and then sit without a phone for another 4 weeks AGAIN. Then another 20km just to fetch it again. That makes a round trip of 80km and 4 weeks without a phone -- Because Samsung can't make stable phones and i naively and excitedly trusted them when I got mine.

So let's hear it. I have officially just given up with Samsung."""
