SAMSUNG BROKEN TV

I bought a TV 75 inch model UA70TU7000KXXA which broke in less than a year of purchase Samsung booked it with MM eletronics who does not seem to be having a working email address how absurd is this . The TV was eventually fix even though I had my reversions as I requested a brand new set as this was not normal with other brands that I have used before . Samsung seems to be aware of this issue and I could only draw one conclusion I was sold a unit with had factory defect and Samsung could not care less about replacing it . Samsung sold me a knock off product that could not even last a year at such an expensive prize tag . I am real appalled by the treatment and handling to my situation
