Samsung "broken sales promises"

Bought a new Samsung washer/dryer combo in December with the added benefit of having should received a R4000 voucher for an add on. I followed instructions to the tee and only after 2 weeks received a very short winded email explaining the images were not acceptable. Resent images via email and literally now another 2 weeks later no response has been received. BuyandGet the agents responsible for facilitating the voucher have an extremely rude and unhelpful attitude and after a couple of requests for status which have remained unanswered i'm now faced with the only viable conclusion that this will not happen. Absolutely pathetic.
