Samsung Blown Up Battery Disaster AGAIN!

A few years back when we all heard about Samsung batteries blowing up,I never ever thought anything of that sort would happen to me. I have or HAD a rose gold Samsung S7 and one day I woke up to find my battery fully blown,to the extend that it pushed the whole back cover out of place. I am absolutely disappointed that a person could purchase a phone from a trustworthy brand like Samsung and then they take absolutely no responsibility for something this insane! I literally had a perfectly working phone one day and woke up the next to find my phone completely blown and broken. I’ve emailed Samsung South Africa regarding feedback and I haven’t received any response after I was told an investigation is being done? I find that extremely ********* and unprofessional for a brand as affluent as Samsung! Very shameful and extremely disappointing!
