Samsung black friday specials

I purchased a contract on the mtn black Friday special LAST YEAR which included a 32 inch LED TV. ITS been 10 months I haven’t received it as yet. 3 weeks ago i was promised delivery in 5 working days still no delivery..

Why is this. Do you guys think we as customers are jokes to wait a year for a older 2016 model TV that will be a 2 years old model in 2018!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want this issue resolved or this will end up becoming a bigger problem that we all don’t want !

I secondly will like a response as to why it’s taken so long and why should I be getting a old 2016 model TV when its almost 2018 and non of the above was any fault of mine.

Please respond asap before this matter is escalated....
