Samsung black friday **** beware !!!!
Absolutely shocked and appalled by the false advertising, rude customer service and absolute disregard samsung shows its customers (retailers) and its consumers . The 8k purchase that I was cheated will be the last samsung product I ever purchase. Thank you please stop calling me to apologize not resolved by matter close the case then call again the next day to further antagonise a already disgruntled customer. Great Job samsung marketing team. If anyone with integrity in your company who actually wants to help resolve the matter you can contact ***
