Samsung Big Fat ****s

I have a Samsung washing machine I bought last year August at Hirsch Somerset West. Now washing machine doesn't wanna drain water did all the troubleshooting over the phone with Hirsch and they referred me to Samsung did trouble shooting with them also over video call it's been 2 weeks since I've been awaiting a technician that they said they would send Everyday I wake up and call them and they say they will send someone today but till this day they haven't. How can I get these people to fix my washing machine as it's still under guarantee But I have a feeling they have a problem with the area Khayelitsha I stay in but why sell appliances to people staying in Khayelitsha if they won't be able to assist us I mean it's a full 2 weeks and the worst part is they lie and say they coming everyday I'm already thinking of taking back this machine to Hirsch's where I bought it and demanding my money back
